We mourn the loss of Douglas Martin McInnis (1975-2026), a retired CPO2 Sup Tech, who served at STAR from 1971 till the mid 1990s. Doug served at sea in HMCS PROVIDER and PROTECTEUR, at CFB BORDEN, and at STAR with the NRSSTP and SYEP.
