The Hamilton Naval Association (HNA) is an informal group of members of the Naval Community in Hamilton and area.  Many of us served or are serving in the Royal Canadian Navy, either reserve or regular. Some of us are members of the Naval Association of Canada (NOC) and the Naval Reserve Association of Canada (NRAC) but we are not part of those organizations and we charge no dues.  We hold regular meetings on the last Wednesday of the month (LWOTM) except for December and June, July and August, often at Royal Canadian Legion Branch 622 at 12 King Street East in Stoney Creek.  The normal format is a light lunch, liquid refreshments if desired and a speaker.

In December we hold a more formal luncheon in the Boardroom at LIUNA Station and in the early summer we often venture further afield.  In co-operation with HMCS STAR, we host the annual Battle of Atlantic dinner on the first weekend in May and the Trafalgar/NIOBE dinner in October.  For more information email “hna@hamiltonnaval.ca” or contact LCdr (Ret’d) Bob DeWolfe at 905-745-2548 or “r.dewolfe2023@outlook.com”.
